The programmer came to st. petersburg in less than 5 days. Until i checked.

The option bytes and readout protection microcontrollers have been "strained" from their default values. After returning to the "original", mk was completely ready for use. Presumably, mk were prepared (programmed) for installation in some product, but later their fate changed.
