F2270NLGK General Description
Providing low insertion loss and excellent linearity performance, the F2270NLGK VVA is a reliable solution for applications in need of RF signal attenuation. Its wide frequency range of 5MHz to 3000MHz ensures versatility across various frequency bands. With a single positive supply voltage requirement of 3.15V to 5.5V, the attenuator is easy to integrate into existing systems. The VMODE pin offers flexibility in voltage control, supporting either positive or negative voltage control slope vs attenuation. The attenuator's multi-directional operation allows for the RF input to be connected to either RF1 or RF2 pins. Control voltage can be varied from 0V to 5V, providing users with precise control over their RF signal attenuation needs
