F2915NBGK8 General Description

The F2915NBGK8 is a highly reliable SP5T absorptive RF switch that offers low insertion loss and excellent linearity for a wide range of wireless and other RF applications. Covering a frequency range from 50 MHz to 8000 MHz, this device also provides isolation performance and a 50 Ω termination to the unused RF ports. One of its key features is the patent-pending constant impedance (Kz) technology, which improves hot switching ruggedness, minimizes LO pulling in VCOs, and reduces phase and amplitude variations in distribution networks. It is also ideal for dynamic switching between amplifiers while preventing damage to sensitive devices such as PAs and ADCs
