ISL78365ARZ-T7A General Description

A revolutionary solution for high-speed RGB/RGGB laser scanning projection systems, the ISL78365ARZ-T7A is a state-of-the-art quadruple output Laser Diode Driver (LDD) that redefines laser control and flexibility. With independent threshold and color DACs on each output channel, users can fine-tune their laser operations with precision. Additionally, the inclusion of separate scale DACs allows for independent scaling of threshold and color DAC output values, enabling seamless adjustment of projector brightness and facilitating Automatic Power Calibration (APC) for laser-based systems. The LDD's high-speed 10-bit parallel video interface ensures efficient transfer of pixel data, with two parallel interface modes available to streamline the entry of three or four color pixel data. Furthermore, the implementation of a double data rate scheme in pixel data transmission enhances the speed and reliability of data transfer, contributing to the exceptional performance of laser scanning projection systems
