IXDD604PI General Description

The IXDD604PI is a versatile and high-speed dual non-inverting CMOS buffer/driver ideal for driving MOSFETs in high-frequency applications. With a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 35V, it can be used in a variety of setups, making it a flexible solution for different projects. Its typical rise and fall time of 8 nanoseconds, along with a short propagation delay of 10 nanoseconds, ensures fast signal propagation and minimal delay in driving the MOSFETs, allowing for efficient performance in time-critical applications. Additionally, the IXDD604PI can deliver a peak output current of up to +/- 4A, making it suitable for driving high-power MOSFETs

All the details fully matched the description plus there was one extra resistor. One minus is a description in chinese, but in yu-tuba there are many videos on the assembly.
