MACOM’s MAADSS0009 is a 4-bit, 2-dB stepGaAs MMIC digital attenuator in a lead-free SOIC16-lead surface mount plastic package. TheMAADSS0009 is ideally suited for use where highaccuracy, fast switching, very low powerconsumption and low intermodulation products arerequired. Typical applications include radio andcellular equipment, wireless LANs, GPS equipmentand other Gain/Level Control circuits.The MAADSS0009 is fabricated with a monolithicGaAs MMIC using a mature 1-micron process. Theprocess features full chip passivation for increasedperformance and reliability.
