S1G-13-F General Description

The S1G-13-F diode is a standard recovery diode with a repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm max of 400V and a forward current If(AV) of 1A. Featuring a single diode configuration, it has a forward voltage VF max of 1.1V and a reverse recovery time trr max of 1.8µs. Capable of handling a forward surge current Ifsm max of 30A, this diode is suitable for a wide range of electronic applications, including automotive use. With an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, the S1G-13-F diode is reliable in harsh environmental conditions. The diode is housed in a DO-214AC case style and features 2pins for surface mount device termination. It is part of the S1G-1 Series product range and complies with lead (15-Jan-2019) SVHC regulations. With a maximum junction temperature Tj of 150°C and a typical reverse recovery time trr of 3µs, the S1G-13-F diode is a dependable choice for rectification applications
