The FOD4208, part of the FOD420 series, is a versatile device that combines an infrared emitting diode with a hybrid random phase triac. This unique design features two inverse parallel SCRs that form the triac function, enabling it to drive discrete triacs with ease. The FOD4208 is housed in a standard 6-pin dual in-line (DIP) package, making it easy to integrate into various applications
