IXDD630CI General Description

The IXDD630CI is a highly capable dual-channel gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in motor control, power supplies, and inverter applications. With a peak sink and source current capability of 4A, it is able to efficiently drive large power devices, ensuring optimal performance. Operating within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 35V, the IXDD630CI is suitable for a wide variety of power supply designs. Its low propagation delay of 55ns enables fast switching speeds and minimizes power loss in high-frequency applications. The device features under-voltage lockout protection and shoot-through protection, enhancing safety and reliability by preventing damage to the driver and power devices during start-up or low-voltage conditions.
