MICROFC-10035-SMT-TR1 General Description

The MICROFC-10035-SMT-TR1 represents the pinnacle of SiPM sensor technology as ON Semiconductor introduces its C-Series sensors. These sensors deliver a low dark count rate of 30 kHz/mm2 and an exceptional breakdown voltage uniformity of ±250 mV, setting the industry standard. In addition, they offer a high photon detection efficiency (PDE) that extends deep into the blue spectrum through the use of a high-volume, CMOS process. Available in 1 mm, 3 mm, and 6 mm sizes, as well as various microcell sizes, the C-Series sensors are packaged in a tileable molded lead frame (MLP) package that is compatible with industry standard, lead-free, reflow soldering processes. Notably, they feature a unique fast output tailored for fast timing applications
