When the output-enable (OE) input is low, the TXB0104QRUTRQ1 places all outputs in a high-impedance state, ensuring efficient operation and power management. To maintain the high-impedance state during power transitions, OE should be connected to GND through a pulldown resistor, with the resistor value determined by the driver's current-sourcing capability. Additionally, the device is designed so that the OE input circuit is supplied by VCCA, further optimizing its performance and reliability
